RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Minimal Basics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our support team and initiate your return request within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To ensure proper tracking and processing, Minimal Basics will provide a return shipping label for approved returns. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount or charged prior to issuing the label.
We recommend using the return label provided by us to ensure your return is properly tracked and received.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns Requested After 7 Days
Orders that have been kept for more than 7 days after delivery are generally not eligible for a refund.
However, at the sole discretion of Minimal Basics, we may accept certain late returns based on individual circumstances. In these cases, a refund may not be issued, but we may provide store credit equal to the approved return value for future purchases.
Store credit eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
- Gift cards
- Products returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
